Law Enforcement Consultant II, Commission On Peace Officer Standards Commission is responsible for developing and enforcing standards and training for all local police officers. All teaching materials will be provided to the student. The training will include weapon manipulation, weapon retention, fundamentals of marksmanship, reloads, malfunctions, multiple targets, use of cover/concealment, and alternative shooting positions. No flip flops or backless shoes will be permitted.
