Caffeine is absolutely an active ingredient, especially at a dose similar to coffee (as they claim), and we find it to be unsafe for consumers that this brand does not list caffeine as an active ingredient where its more easily noticed. I do not have a gallbladder and have diarrhea as well but only when I had heavy cream to my ketones.
